Occupational therapy

The goal of an Occupational Therapist is to enable you to achieve fulfillment, independence, meaning and purpose within your life. To support you to adapt and overcome situations and difficulties that arise throughout life.Raising self esteem and gaining confidence in carrying out everyday occupations and activities.
Occupational Therapy is suitable for everyone.

raising awareness, health and wellness plans, coping strategies and self management tools.
